Dewan Adventures – Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Dewan Adventures! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any tour, trip, or service with us. By booking with Dewan Adventures, you agree to the terms laid out below.
1. Booking and Payment Policy
- A minimum deposit of 30% of the total package price is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 7 days before departure. For last-minute bookings, full payment is required upfront.
- Payment methods include bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or in-person (where available).
- Booking is confirmed only after the deposit is received and acknowledged via official Dewan Adventures communication (email, WhatsApp, or invoice).
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 15+ days before departure: 75% refund of deposit
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund of deposit
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
- No-show on departure day: No refund
- In case of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, road closures), partial refunds or rescheduling may be offered at Dewan Adventures’ discretion.
3. Travel Insurance and Liability
- Dewan Adventures strongly recommends that clients purchase personal travel insurance covering health, cancellation, and emergency evacuation.
- Dewan Adventures shall not be held liable for:
- Injury, illness, accident, delay, or loss/damage to personal property
- Flight delays, hotel overbookings, or poor road conditions
- Acts of God, terrorism, or government restrictions
- In the event of any natural disaster (including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, landslides, or severe weather conditions), the client shall be solely responsible for any additional expenses, evacuation costs, delays, or damages (financial or personal) incurred as a result. Dewan Adventures will not be liable for any financial loss, injury, or death resulting from such circumstances.
4. Tour Requirements
- Clients must carry original CNIC/NICOP or passport during travel.
- International travelers are responsible for obtaining their own visas.
- By booking, clients confirm they are physically and mentally fit for the selected tour. Medical conditions should be disclosed in advance.
5. Tour Modifications & Delays
- Dewan Adventures reserves the right to:
- Modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or safety issues
- Replace hotels or transport with alternatives of similar standards
- Any additional costs due to unforeseen changes (e.g., extra nights, delays, or reroutes) will be borne by the client.
6. Conduct & Safety
- Travelers are expected to:
- Abide by local laws and customs
- Show respect to fellow travelers and staff
- Refrain from illegal substances or behavior
- Dewan Adventures reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour without refund in cases of misconduct or behavior that endangers others.
7. Children and Group Policies
- Children under 3 years: Travel free (lap seat, no separate bed)
- Children 3–10 years: 50% charge (if sharing room)
- Special discounts are available for groups, families, and students upon request.
8. Photography & Media Use
- Dewan Adventures may photograph or record videos during tours for promotional use.
- If you do not wish to appear in such content, please inform us in writing prior to the tour.
9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
- Any legal matters shall be settled in the jurisdiction of Rawalpindi/Islamabad courts.
